Longboat Key - Grand Bay condominium sells for $975,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 27 and Aug. 31.
A condominium in Grand Bay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Ann Arms, trustee, of Knoxville, Tenn., sold the Unit 261 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Laurence Hall and Jacqueline Dallis, of Longboat Key, for $975,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2010.
Also at Grand Bay, Albert and Joan Adler, of Suffolk, N.Y., sold their Unit 513 condominium at 3080 Grand Bay Blvd. to James and Anita Oberwetter, of Dallas, for $560,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,329 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $482,500 in 2001.
Country Club Shores
Lawrence and Patricia Laurin, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 541 Golf Links Lane to Welle Finans As for $675,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,936 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $243,600 in 1991.
Fairway Bay
Lawrence Hawley and Suzanne Nault, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 204 condominium at 1904 Harbourside Drive to John and Norma Kasten, of Bethalto, Ill., for $422,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,097 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 1999.
Ronald Walters, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 322 condominium at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Paul Carreiro and Kimberley Pelyk, of Longboat Key, for $400,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $187,400 in 1997.
Lido Beach
John and Mary DiBernado, of Canton, Ga., sold their home at 132 Grant Drive to Vicki Fox, of Sarasota, for $430,000. Built in 1939, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,658 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $88,000 in 1987.
Bird Key
Patrick and Rene DiPinto, of Sarasota, sold their home at 452 E. Royal Flamingo Drive to Michael and Sharon Doyle, of Sarasota, for $419,500. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,140 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2010.
Lido
David and Patricia Green, of Osprey, sold their home at 1201 Center Place to Kathryn Edstrom, of Sarasota, for $335,000. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,814 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $129,000 in 1986.
The Presidential
John Berry and Susan Bakke, trustee, sold the Unit 106 condominium at 845 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Steven and Muriel Hearon, of Dowington, Pa., for $245,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area.

Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,169 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,320,000 in 2005.
