Longboat Key - Grand Bay condominium sells for $917,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Aug. 20 and Aug. 24.
A condominium in Grand Bay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mary Block, trustee, sold the Unit 374 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Renee Balogh, of Longboat Key, for $917,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,369 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2002.
Fairway Bay
HSBC Bank USA, trustee, sold the Unit 1302 condominium at 1926 Harbourside Drive to Terry Boss and Susan Boss, of Centreville, Va., for $295,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,626 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $655,000 in 2007.
St. Armands
Thomas and Tammy Olin, of Englewood, sold their home at 214 S. Washington Drive to 214 S. Washington Drive LLC for $333,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,776 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2008.
