Greenbrook home tops week's transactions

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 14 and July 24.

A home in Greenbrook Village tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Deborah Furman sold her home at 14222 Sundial Place to Richard and Jane Greenamoyer, Lakewood Ranch, for $390,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,029 square feet of living area.

Rye Wilderness Estates
Sangria Ventures LLC sold the home at 381 165th Court N.E. to Andrew and Amy Goad, Sarasota, for $264,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,732 square feet of living area.

Hampton Terrace at University Place
Bank of New York Mellon sold the home at 7924 Drayton Circle to Hugo Azevedo, University Park, for $255,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,343 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $449,000 in 2004.

Water Oak
Charles and Ana Virga, Bradenton, sold their home at 6728 64th Place E. to Nicholas and Cathlene Powell, Bradenton, for $258,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,032 square feet of living area.

Palm-Aire
Deborah Clark of Cockysville, Md., and Rick Thurman, Sarasota, sold their home at 5672 Country Lakes Drive to Anne and David Pauletti, Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,668 square feet of living area. It sold for $273,000 in 2003.

Hampton Green
Roger Dudis and Joy Clark Dudis, The Villages, sold their home at 7912 Hampton Court to Melanie Millan, University Park, for $220,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,722 square feet of living area. It sold for $379,900 in 2006.

Creekwood
Samuel and Elizabeth Mosca, Bradenton, sold their home at 7401 50th Terrace E. to Steven and Leslie Gooding for $209,000. It has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,950 square feet of living area.

Riverwalk Village Cypress Banks
Robert and Carla Laszlo of Falls Church, Va., sold their home at 11624 Sweetflag Drive to William and Maureen Corristan, Bradenton, for $207,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,064 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $208,300 in 2001.
