Longboat Key - Beach Residences unit sells for $3.35 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 22 and July 26.

A condominium in The Beach Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Joel Morganroth, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 701 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Daniel and Jing Shao Napoli, of Bedford Corners, N.Y., for $3.35 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,194 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.5 million in 2009.

Country Club Shores
James and Loretta Tanovich, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 657 Halyard Lane to Bruce Goldsen, trustee, of Adrian, Mich., for $1,795,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,825 square feet of living area.

Gerhard and Brigitta Stefandl sold their home at 1070 Bogey Lane to John and Lucy Gulino and Alexander and Nancy Cingone, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $425,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,539 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2010.

Longboat Key Towers
Erik Lieberman, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit N-902 condominium at 603 Longboat Club Road to Stephen and Mary Golia for $630,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area.

The Promenade
A. Harold and Helen Schwartz, of West Orange, N.J., sold their Unit 405 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ronald Howard and Ana Larrabure, of Houston, for $590,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,598 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 2002.

Harbour Oaks II
Hess Longboat Properties sold the home at 2371 Harbour Oaks Drive to Irene Antoniou, trustee, of Oak Brook, Ill., for $450,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,245 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 1989.

Seaplace
David Weiser, of Longboat Key, sold his Unit M1-506F condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Daphne Weiser, of New York, for $350,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $47,300 in 1975.

Longboat Arms
John and Antoinette Brill, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 206D condominium at 3330 Gulf of Mexico Drive to J. Richard and Sharon Leslie, of Longboat Key, for $300,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,106 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $209,300 in 2001.

Windward Bay
Eileen Dubinsky, trustee, of Stratford, Conn., sold the Unit 304 condominium at 4800 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Ellen Oechsler, of Lebanon, Conn., for $229,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1995.

BIRD KEY
Michael and Eileen Normile, of Sarasota, sold their home at 437 Meadow Lark Drive to Francisco and Candace Ordonez, of Sarasota, for $3,175,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, five baths and 4,418 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.35 million in 2008.

LIDO KEY
Danyel Libertore, of Sarasota, sold her home at 410 Garfield Drive to Tobias and Cynthia Gibson, of Bradenton, for $610,000. Built in 1937, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,722 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 2005.

ST. ARMANDS
John Ringling Estates
Lisa Kleinberg, of Sarasota, sold her home at 152 Coolidge Drive to Bonnie Golino, of Bradenton, for $450,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,428 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $141,000 in 1999.
