Sarasota - Three-bedroom Siesta Harbor condo sells for $765,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 23 and July 27.
A condominium in Siesta Harbor tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Edmund Lane and Barbara Lane, trustee, of Cincinnati, sold the Unit PH-C condominium at 1355 S. Portofino Drive to Charles and Judith Freyer, of Jenkintown, Pa., for $765,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,018 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2003.
Point O’ Rocks Terrace
Troy Wood sold his home at 1104 Crescent St. to Mark Donaldson, of Haven, Pa., for $565,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths, a pool and 2,297 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2005.
Siesta Isles
Alvin and Janet Morris, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 916 Contento Circle to Gary and Patricia Hill, of Atlanta, for $529,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,545 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 1985.
Sarasota Beach
Cecelia Morette, trustee, of Clarence, N.Y., sold the home at 650 Canal Road to John LaBar III and Helen Lau, of Sarasota, for $378,400. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,494 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $81,000 in 1979.
Provincial Garden Apartments
Danielle Schauer and Daniella Schauer sold their Unit S-2 condominium at 6005 Midnight Pass Road to Thomas Yeaman, trustee, of Apopka, for $372,500. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,210 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1994.
Excelsior Beach to Bay
Karolyn Elliott sold her home at 6267 Midnight Pass Road to Thomas and Sandra Murray, of Somerset, N.J., for $350,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,469 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $154,900 in 1993.
Polynesian Gardens
Randy and Susan Scott, of Sarasota, sold their Unit G-3 condominium at 1393 Moonmist Drive to Stuart and Laura Carpey, of Lafayette Hills, Pa., for $302,500. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2004.
The Moorings
Michael Prucha, of Perkasie, Pa., sold his Unit 8 condominium at 9064 Midnight Pass Road to Maureen Kelly, of Osprey, for $260,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,251 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $431,000 in 2004.
Sandy Cove
Louis Ulrich III, of Elizabethtown, Pa., sold his Unit 201 condominium at 201 Pass Key Road to Michael and Candance Turbeville, of Sarasota, for $249,000. Built in 1973, it has one bedroom, one bath and 832 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $344,000 in 2004.
