The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 23 and July 27.

A home in Manchester Bay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Thomas and Gwendolyn Watson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3505 Fair Oaks Court to Norman and Hannah Weinberg, of Longboat Key, for $1,025,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,865 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2008.

Bay Isles
David Patrone, of Poughquag, N.Y., sold his home at 3388 Bayou Lane to Anthony and Patricia Crincoli, of Midlothian, Va., for $729,500. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,808 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $532,500 in 1996.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Yusuke and Oya Horiguchi, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 635 Marbury Lane to Ceclia Edmundson, of Longboat Key, for $615,000. Built in 1975, it has four bedrooms, one bath, a pool and 2,446 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,062,500 in 2006.

Country Club Shores
Walt and Madeline Morgan, of Mooresville, N.C., sold their home at 512 Cutter Lane to Gary and Deborah Adams, of Moseley, Va., for $550,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,592 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2001.

St. Judes
Westerman Investment LLC sold the home at 752 St. Judes Drive N. to Darin Bankert, of Palmetto, for $370,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,925 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2003.

Bird Key
Mary Barber, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 125 Seagull Lane to Phillip Rence and Kristin Ciocca-Rence, of Brandon, for $450,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,985 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2003.

Lido Key
The Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 210 Garfield Drive to Eugeniusz Kuchard and Ahafia Kuchar, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $415,000. Built in 1972, it has eight bedrooms, eight baths and 3,308 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2004.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
William and Linda Bauman, of Osprey, sold their Unit 605 condominium at 605 Bayport Way to James and Sonja Hildrew of Pennington, N.J., for $325,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,370 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $361,000 in 2003.
