Ritz-Carlton Beach Residences condo sells for $3.2 million

 
 

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 7 and July 11.

A condominium in the Ritz-Carlton Beaches Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert Gagne, trustee, sold the Unit 601 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Douglas and Cynthia Tibbetts, of Sarasota, for $3,204,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,194 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,995,000 in 2005.

Islander Club of Longboat
Ronald and Marilyn Horner, of Pittsburgh, sold their Units 85S and 86S condominiums at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Heidi Ansted, trustee, of Maumee, Ohio, for $1,325,000. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $760,000 in 2013.

Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club
William and Mary McCrackin sold their Unit A-302 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to William and Karen Stefani, of Plant Farms, Mich., for $1.2 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,580 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $719,000 in 1999.

Tangerine Bay Club
Stephen and Patricia Dullard, of Lake Ozark, Mo., sold their Unit 227 condominium at 350 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Linda Goldsmith, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $858,500. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2002.

Heron Sea Pines
F. Donald and Nancy Herman, trustees, sold the Unit 14 condominium at 6925 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William Scrafin and Mindy White, of Nashville, Tenn., for $430,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,170 square feet of living area.

Seaplace
Kathleen Rogers sold her Unit 208A condominium at 2039 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard and Stacy Ridenour, of Longboat Key, for $359,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $342,500 in 2002.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Kenneth Lyons and Maria Elsa, of Liphook Hants, England, sold their Unit 736 condominium at 736 Bayport Way to Alma Popa, of Stamford, Conn., for $295,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1993.

Windward Bay
Mark and Maria Pillat, of Milwaukee, sold their Unit 203 condominium at 4540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sandra Knoble, of Bradenton, for $280,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2011.

Lido Beach Club
Robert and Carol Cadwell, trustees, of Pewaukee, Wis., sold the Unit 306 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to William Perry and Sheila Perry, trustees, of Sarasota, for $430,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $174,000 in 1994.
