Neal and Jennifer Horne sold their home at 648 Dream Island Road to Jonathan and Barbara Grimes, of Longboat Key, for $1.45 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,631 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.55 million in 2005.

Judith Hammond, of Moreland Hills, Ohio, sold her home at 572 Cutter Lane to Robert DeKock, trustee, of Muscatine, Iowa, for $1.25 million. Built in 1965, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,069 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $337,500 in 1997.

Michael and Theoni Smyth, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 4 condominium at 800 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Bernard and Judith Havard, of Somers Point, N.J., for $285,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,060 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2005.
