Ferdinand and Jamie Becker, Sarasota, sold their home at 10005 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Donald and Dawn Morin, Bradenton, for $540,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,294 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $533,000 in 2003.

Langley Park
Kalgoorly Limited sold the home at 7006 Langley Place to Kenneth and Judith Soha, University Park, for $535,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,668 square feet of living area.
