The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 10 and June 14.

A home in Siesta’s Bayside tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Scott and Debra Losch, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4929 Higel Ave. to Mary Peirce and Elizabeth Logan, co-guardians, of Sarasota, for $2,935,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a pool and 5,871 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.8 million in 2009.

SARASOTA
Savoy on Palm
Robert and Nancy Lindeman, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 903 condominium at 401 S. Palm Ave. to James Boyle and Marta Riordan, of Basalt, Colo., for $1,849,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2006.

Cherokee Park
Peter and Melissa deLisser, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1733 South Drive to Daniel and Laura DeLeo, of Sarasota, for $740,000. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,147 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $730,000 in 2011.

Aqualane Estates
Frederick and Marsha Grawunde sold their home at 1755 Stanford Lane to W. Scott and Kristin Van Ness, of Sarasota, for $720,000. Built in 1972, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,961 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $331,000 in 1998.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 414 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Charles and Dorothea Barker, of Sarasota, for $690,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,772 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $940,000 in 2008.

Bay Plaza
James Orlin, trustee, of Winchester, Mass., sold the Unit 505 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Leon Bellapigna and Valli Bellapigna, trustees, of Ottsville, Pa., for $490,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,656 square feet of living area.

One Watergate
Gerdina Glegg, of Orlando, sold her Unit 9-B condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Elliot Silverman, of Sarasota, for $455,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $412,500 in 2004.

Renaissance
Deborah Davis, of Cape Porpoise, Maine, sold her Unit 1009 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Jill Berry, trustee, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,360 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,000 in 2003.

Royal St. Andrew
Wells Fargo sold the Unit 804 condominium at 555 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Christine Otto, of Sarasota, for $367,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area.

Emerald Harbor
John and Gail Wroldsen, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6304 Beechwood Ave. to Marlene Deutsch, of Sarasota, for $315,000. Built in 1952, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,285 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2012.

SIESTA KEY
Mira Mar Beach
SZR Properties LLC sold the home at 117 Columbus Blvd. to Vic’s Love Shack Property Two LLC for $1.9 million. Built in 2008, it has two bedrooms, six baths, six half-baths, a pool and 5,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2009.

Bay Island
Randal Crick sold his home at 3482 Flamingo Ave. to Gary and Jeannie McDermott, of Sarasota, for $900,000. Built in 1947, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,091 square feet of living area.

Whisperings Sands
John and Margot Bartler, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 801 condominium at 20 Whispering Sands Drive to Ronald Schlegel, of Ontario, Calif., for $720,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,282 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $152,000 in 1990.

Jadwiga Brukner, of New York, sold her Unit 202 condominium at 225 Hourglass Way to Janis Rutherford, of North Port, for $260,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,271 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $111,000 in 1993.

Dolphin Bay
Heather MacPherson, of Santa Monica, Calif., and Donna MacPherson, of Brighton, United Kingdom, trustees, sold the Unit 403 condominium at 1240 Dolphin Bay Way to David Sherwood and Paula Sherwood, trustees, of Poughkeepsie, N.Y., for $710,000. Built in 1998, it has twobedrooms, two baths and 1,915 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $654,000 in 2003.

Revised Siesta
Suncastle Properties LLC sold the home at 141 Ogden St. to Mark Cassis, trustee, of Sarasota, for $699,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,905 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in February.

Gulf and Bay Club
Richard and Delores Reinbold, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 408 condominium at 5760 Midnight Pass Road to Brad and Karen Lakhia, of Hudson, Ohio, for $585,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2007.

Joann Wright, trustee, sold the Unit 1327-C condominium at 1327 Siesta Bayside Drive to Michael Barnish and Jo Ann Pecca, of Voorhes, N.J., for $390,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,280 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2002.

Midnight Cove II
William and Evangelyn Surette, of Ipswich, Mass., sold their Unit 624 condominium at 1400 Midnight Cove II Place to Arthur and Susan Segraves, of Lansdale, Pa., for $500,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2002.

Ronald and Teresa Bernacchi sold their Unit 610 condominium at 1400 Midnight Cove II Place to Timothy and Diane Young, of Glenshaw, Pa., for $312,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1996.

Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club
Richard and Diana Aginian, of Birmingham, Mich., sold their Unit 504 condominium at 5924 Midnight Pass Road to Richard Aginian, trustee, of Birmingham, Mich., for $416,700. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,240 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,125,000 in 2007.

Sandy Cove
James Niswander, trustee, of Dayton, Ohio, sold the Unit 204 condominium at 4900 Ocean Blvd. to Travis Johnson and Jennifer Cook, of Leeds, Mass., for $310,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2001.

Provincial Garden Apartments
Richard Manjone and James Bolinsky, of Weston, Pa., sold their Unit S-1 condominium at 6005 Midnight Pass Road to Michael Trick and Xiaowei Tian, of Essex, Vt., for $290,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,466 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $85,000 in 1984.

Siesta Harbor
M. John Dyrud, of Wilmette, Ill., sold his Unit 301 condominium at 1250 N. Portofino Drive to Brian and Nella Kevens, of Ontario, Canada, for $242,500. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,500 in 2000.

Arthur and Carol Graham, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 209 condominium at 1350 N. Portofino Drive to Hans and Leslie Talman, of Manitoba, Canada, for $227,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $30,000 in 1971.

Thomas and Beatrice Monaghan, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 12 condominium at 1215 S. Portofino Drive to Joseph King and Maureen Harvey, trustee, of Danvers, Mass., for $210,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, two baths and 780 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 2010.

Barbara Gillman, trustee, of Pewaukee, Wis., sold the home at 5820 Girona Place to Denise Neiditch-Berger, Joseph Cusumano Jr. and Cynthia Cusumano, of Lake Success, N.Y., for $520,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,521 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $459,900 in 2004.

Nancy Hall, of Sarasota, sold her home at 5861 Ferrara Drive to Thomas Maniuszko and Lynda Way-Maniuszko, of W. Hampton, N.Y., for $370,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,201 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2012.

Country Club of Sarasota
Sharon Groben and Deborah Groben, of Swannanoa, N.C., sold their home at 3919 Torrey Pines Blvd. to Ian Parisi, of Sarasota, for $407,000. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,434 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $247,300 in 1986.

Deer Creek
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 8528 Woodbriar Drive to Robert and Marti Walsleben, of Sarasota, for $341,500. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,568 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $268,500 in 1999.

Turtle Rock
Fred and Annette Nagel, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8239 Nice Way to Edward and Carol Lieberman, of Davie, for $335,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,415 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $268,200 in 1999.

The Hamptons
George and Patricia Alexander, of Simsbury, Conn., sold their home at 6238 Sturbridge Court to Walter and Judith Adams, of N. Chatham, Mass., for $305,900. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,733 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2003.

Mira Lago at Palmer Ranch
Rita Craner, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3826 Mira Lago Drive to Susan Supple, of Cos Cob, Conn., for $300,100. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,911 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2012.

Parisienne Gardens
Gracie Lamphere, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 201 condominium at 5281 Descanso Court to Otto and Sigrid Hasselbacher, of Port Washington, N.Y., for $281,300. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $343,500 in 2005.

Isles of Sarasota
Lester Friedman and Diana Gittelman, of Barrington, Mass., sold their home at 6086 Benevento Drive to John and Charline Oelfke, of Shirley, Mass., for $259,900. Built in 2010, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,548 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $226,500 in 2011.

OSPREY
Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club
John and Jannette Webb, of Osprey, sold their home at 325 Passage Way to William and Mary Sullivan, of Osprey, for $625,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,537 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $635,000 in 2008.

Meridian II at the Oaks Preserve
Vera Leinsdorf, trustee, sold the Unit 301 condominium at 393 N. Point Road to Nancy McEwen, of Osprey, for $339,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,594 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2004.

Sorrento Woods
Robert and Helen Marshall, of Nokomis, sold their home at 1064 Sorrento Woods to Gertrude Watt, of Englewood, for $325,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,425 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2001.

Forest Lakes Country Club Estates
Pamela Dangler, of Sarasota, sold her home at 2219 Brookhaven Drive to Janet Wayte, of Sarasota, for $289,900. Built in 1966, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,853 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $49,000 in 1972.

Pamela Primm sold her home at 1750 Dawn St. to Karen Meyer, of Sarasota, for $249,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,356 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,000 in 2006.

Landings Carriagehouse
Inga Kluge, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 80 condominium at 1746 Landings Blvd. to John and Sharon Balmforth, of Sarasota, for $240,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $110,000 in 1988.

Gulf Gate East
Kevin Clancy, trustee, sold the home at 3819 Kingston Blvd. to Rod Khayat, of Sarasota, for $236,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,500 in 2005.

Long Meadow
01-Ringling Fund LLC sold the home at 2304 Bougainvillea St. to Florian and Katrin Schuetz, of Sarasota, for $210,000. Built in 1954, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,538 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $93,000 in 2011.
