A home in Country Creek tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Chase Home Financial LLC sold the home at 15128 Third Drive E. to Harold Williams, Bradenton, for $257,900. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,726 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2005.
Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 842 Cedar Harbour Court to Doreen Arduini, Bradenton, for $203,300. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $343,300 in 2004.
