The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 3 and June 7.

A home in County Club Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John and Judith Hays, of Sarasota, sold their home at 596 Halyard Lane to Melvin and Linda Rhinelander, of Ontario, Canada, for $2.8 million. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,212 square feet of living area.

Bay Isles
David Briggs, of Hamilton, Ohio, sold his home at 1561 Harbor Cay Lane to James McLeod and Mary Kowalski, of Valrico, for $1,295,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,467 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,625,000 in 2003.

Longboat Key Towers
William Foster and Lisa Whitney, of St. Davids, Pa., sold their Unit S-403 condominium at 601 Longboat Club Road to Julianne Vardan, of Sarasota, for $735,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $830,000 in 2010.

Phyllis Zilewicz, trustee, and Joseph Zilewicz sold the Unit S-303 condominium at 601 Longboat Club Road to Sarah and Vladimir Jelencic, of Fox Point, Wis., for $655,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 1998.

Islands West
Robert Greenberger and Phyllis Greenberger, trustees, and Cynthia Lieberbaum, of Westport, Conn., sold the Unit 4-D condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Wendy Laguardia, Mildred Larson and Peter Larson, of Randolph, N.J., for $640,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,500 in 2008.

Longboat Cove
Karen Cahill, of Cos Cob, Conn., and Mary Cahill-Hojraj, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold their Unit 401 condominium at 5461 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ann Cahill, of London, England, for $600,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,205 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $987,500 in 1995.

Country Club Shores
Jacklyn MacInnes, of Sarasota, sold her home at 561 Ranger Lane to Polymathic Properties Inc. for $525,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,015 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 1997.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Mario and Cathy Grippi, of Barnstable, Mass., sold their home at 586 Lyons Lane to Gregory Ciccolo and Stephanie Sonnabend, of Brookline, Mass., for $575,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,718 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $439,000 in 2011.

The Castillian
Diane and Gerald Levy, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 302 condominium at 4525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Carole Leish, of Wyoming, Ohio, for $425,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,398 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $214,700
in 1990.

Longboat Terrace
Robert Sherry, trustee, of Spring Lake, N.J., sold the Unit 210 condominium at 5393 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Bruce and Kimberly Peterson, of Birmingham, Mich., for $420,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $293,000 in 1996.

Lindsay Clarie Designs Ltd. sold the Unit 105 condominium at 5396 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Francis and Dorothy Kindellan, of Ontario, Canada, for $350,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $293,000 in 1996.

John Ringling Estates
Duane and Barbara Henderson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 112 Fillmore Drive to Marc and Renee Preininger, of Sarasota, for $945,000. Built in 1967, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,240 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2008.

Elizabeth Hannan, trustee, sold the home at 444 Monroe Drive to Thomas Luzier, trustee, of Sarasota, for $522,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,644 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $50,000 in 1980.

Lido Key
Roy and Susan Palmer, of Bradenton, sold their Unit D202 condominium at 2052 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Anthony Bottalla, of Chicago, for $2.6 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,697 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3,795,000 in 2006.

Anthony Bottalla, of Chicago, sold his Unit B503 condominium at 2050 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Richard and Denise Harrison, of Oneida, Wis., for $1.6 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,936 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,325,000 in 2006.

Lido Shores
James Maggiore, trustee, of Mt. Prospect, Ill., sold the home at 1156 Center Place to John and Karen Byles, of Ontario, Canada, for $710,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,889 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,500 in 1995.


Kathryn Edstrom, trustee, and lee Edstrom sold the home at 1150 Morningside Place to Mark and Laura Mattia, of Mountain Lakes, N.J., for $710,000. Built in 1952, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,455 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000
in 2001.

Buttonwood Cove
Carol Saxon, of University Park, sold the Unit 304 condominium at 3540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Nicholas and Virginia Isil, of Longboat Key, for $375,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,486 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $177,000 in 1986.

Harbour Villa Club at the Buccaneer
Daniel Kittinger, trustee, of Winter Park, sold the Unit 310 condominium at 615 Dream Island Road to Martina Rudek, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $350,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2002.

Lido Beach Club
Patricia Butschky, of Arnold, Md., sold her Unit 407 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Andy and Sue Ridings, of Bath, United Kingdom, for $350,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1989.

Sand Cay
George Stellas Jr., trustee, of Cook, Illionios, sold the Unit 209 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas and Joyce Ball, of Glenwood Springs, Colo., for $319,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,071 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $419,000 in 2004.

Sunrise Shores
Susan Ramsey and Bruce Ramsey, trustees, sold the Unit S-102 condominium at 5220 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and Barbara Kocer, of Rochester, Minn., for $265,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,145 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $142,000 in 1986.

Windward Bay
Mary Robinson, of Indianapolis, sold her Unit PH4 condominium at 4900 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Donald Hase, of Fontana, Wis., for $248,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $214,700 in 1990.
