Robert and Kathy Goldberg, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13512 Blythefield Terrace to Christopher and Diane Neu, Bradenton, for $737,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,695 square feet of living area.

Rosemary Poole sold her home at 7004 Brier Creek Court to James and Emily Turner, Lakewood Ranch, for $700,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $895,000 in 2007.

Lara Lynn, Bradenton, sold her home at 13505 Blythefield Terrace to Michael Ropele and Kathleen Butterworth-Ropele, Bradenton, for $689,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,460,000 in 2005.

LWR Country Club West LLC sold the home at 7623 Portstewart Drive to Warren Pies and Nicole Nasewicz, Lakewood Ranch, for $500,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,274 square feet of living area.
