Sarasota - Home in Revised Siesta sells for $3.6 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between May 27 and May 31.

A home in Revised Siesta tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. The Northern Trust Co. and Gordon Holmes, trustees, of Naples sold the home at 3332 Gulfmead Drive to Sam Norton, trustee, of Sarasota, for $3.6 million. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 3,084 square feet of living area.

SARASOTA
Golden Gate Point
Golden Gate Holding Co. LLC sold the home at 182 Golden Gate Point to Vandyk Sarasota-Golden Gate Point Inc. for $3 million. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, four baths and 5,299 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.05 million in 2011.

Coral Cove
Ned Vivinetto, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1541 Caribbean Drive to Eric and Rebecca Felix, of Sarasota, for $2.2 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a pool and 6,035 square feet of living area.

San Remo Estates
George and Barbara Lose, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1463 Tangier Way to Steven Clavette and Gail Coleman, of Delafield, Wis., for $1.2 million. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,170 square feet of living area.

Avondale
Marilyn Helfenbein, of Greenwood Village, Colo., trustee, sold the home at 963 Osprey Ave. to Daniel and Jill Friedman, of Sarasota, for $885,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,550 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $879,000 in 2008.

Sarabande
Thomas and Margaret Daniels, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 74 condominium at 340 S. Palm Ave. to Eugene Rose, of Sarasota, for $880,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,774 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 1998.

One Watergate
Robert and Susan Jamieson sold their Unit PH-B condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to James Tillman and Mary Tillman, trustees, of Ozark, Mo., for $635,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 2004.

Cherokee Park
Steven and Sami Salvatori, of Spokane, Wash., sold their home at 1687 North Drive to Justin Wasserman and Olga Ulitaky, of Sarasota, for $555,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,961 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2008.

Mandarin Park
Rebecca Leisure sold her home at 1222 Holly Fern Lane to Constance Emerson, of Newark, Del., for $382,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,524 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2007.

Sunset Towers
Mary Gasper, of N. Bend, Wash., sold her Unit 407 condominium at 11 Sunset Drive to Lee and Bari Ecker, of Randolph, N.J., for $328,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $104,500 in 1986.

Alinari
William and Susan Laramee, of S. Windsor, Conn., sold their Unit 302 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Oscar Sevilla, trustee, of Vail, Colo., for $300,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 2010.

Poinsettia Park
Jared Lundgren LLC sold the home at 1822 Magnolia St. to Florian and Katrin Schuetz, of Sarasota, for $283,000. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,309 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2012.

South Gate
Florida Coast Realty of Sarasota Inc. sold the home at 3119 Dawson St. to David Ehlers, of Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,110 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $258,400 in March.

Gulf Gate East
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 4220 Kingston Court to Ten Eyck & Keegan Inc. for $218,000. Built in 1984, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,998 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $334,900 in 2012.

SIESTA KEY
Crystal Sands
James and Sheri Dwyer, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 307 condominium at 6300 Midnight Pass Road to Treasure Key Corp. for $950,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,271 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $695,000 in 2008.

El Presidente
Barbara Hajjar, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 401 condominium at 6326 Midnight Pass Road to Luft-Fehl Properties for $650,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,496 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 2009.

Siesta Beach
Deutsche Bank, trustee, sold the home at 5115 Oxford Drive to Daniel Peshkin and Samantha Peshkin, of Sarasota, for $530,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,970 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $459,600 in 2012.

Sarasota Beach
Michael Marinkovic, trustee, sold the home at 641 Beach Road to Cheryl Woodruff, of Sarasota, for $499,000. Built in 1975, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,536 square feet of living area.

Peppertree Bay
James McClanaghan sold his Unit 225 condominium at 6049 E. Peppertree Way to Mylene Blais, of Quebec, Canada, for $480,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,180 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2004.

Haleakala House of the Sun
Gary and Cynthia Hoskins, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 213 condominium at 6518 Midnight Pass Road to Susan Shapiro, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, for $445,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $508,000 in 2002.

Sea Village
Cheryl Stock sold her Unit I-2 condominium at 4660 Ocean Blvd. to Huit and Deidree Whitworth, of Louisville, Ky., for $435,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $148,000 in 1994.

Siesta Isles
David Bosselmann, of Deephaven, Minn., sold his home at 5238 Cape Leyte Drive to Raymond and Carole Noveck, of Waban, Mass., for $400,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,680 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $328,000 in 2000.

The Pointe on Midnight Pass
Donald Schoenhals, trustee, sold his Unit 506 condominium at 9397 Midnight Pass Road to Eugene and Krystyna Zych, of Rego Park, N.Y., for $375,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $186,400 in 1998.

Our House at the Beach
David and Jill Bates, of Cornwall, England, sold their Unit C-111 condominium at 1121 Lake House Circle to Thomas and Joyce Lanzilli, of Norwalk, Conn., for $350,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $154,000 in 1993.

Vista Hermosa
Vista Hermosa 111 LLC sold the Unit A-3 condominium at 113 Vista Hermosa Circle to Alykhan Dhanani, of Orlando, for $207,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,201 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2011.

PALMER RANCH

Thomas and Julia Lannon, of Naples, sold their home at 8655 Woodbriar Drive to Ned Vivinetto, trustee, of Sarasota, for $520,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,886 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $551,000 in 2004.

Villagewalk
Adine Wittig, of Sarasota, sold her home at 5596 Kosteli Place to Craig and Tracey Kennedy, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,521 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $367,500 in 2003.
