+ Michael Moulton earns CRS designation
Michael Moulton, residential real-estate agent at Michael Saunders & Co.’s South Longboat Key office, recently earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest nonprofit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

To receive the CRS designation, Realtors must complete advanced courses and demonstrate professional expertise in the field of residential real estate.

+ Re/Max Excellence’s Team Losey adds two members
Re/Max Excellence’s Team Losey, led by Michael Losey, recently added two new members.

In 2002, Dan Gatti joined a RE/MAX affiliate in Louisville, Ky., and was inducted into its 100% Club at the end of his first year. In 2006, he moved to the Sarasota area, where he had visited since the 1970s.

Barbara Paleologos worked for a Re/Max affiliate in Orlando before moving to the Sarasota area. She has worked in the mortgage industry since July 2004. She has experience with real-estate-owned properties, broker-priced opinion properties and short sales.

+ Wagner Realty offers one-on-one training
Wagner Realty Marketing and Training Director Ron Cornette recently taught computer-generated classes to agents at the company’s new downtown Sarasota office.

Cornette demonstrated 20 projects, including “Creating Your Own Letterhead,” “Cover Pages for a Market Analysis,” “Property Flyers,” “Direct Mail Post Cards” and “Bookmarks and Photo Address Labels.”

Cornette teaches the projects to agents individually, instead of in a class.

“They learn better in a one-on-one environment,” he said in a press release.

+ Wagner Realty announces top agents for May
Wagner Realty announced its top listing and selling agents for the month of May.

Listing honors went to Joan Oliszewski, of the West Manatee office; Sandy Greiner, of The Greiner Group, in the corporate office; Iva Fadley Dane, of the Sarasota office; and Ken Clanton, of the commercial division.

Sales honors went to Peter and Gina Uliano, of The Royal Team, in the West Manatee office; Jack McCormick, of the Longboat Key office; Ceil Weber and Peter Mancuso, of the corporate office; Ryan Hoffman, of the commercial division; and Maria Balaz, of the Sarasota office.
