Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,994 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,225,000 in 2002.

Peter Ros and Darleen Ros, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1729 Landings Way to Richard Bayles and Christine Palomaa, of Sarasota, for $737,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,660 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $632,000 in 2011.
Richard Bayles and Christine Palomaa sold their home at 4720 Pine Harrier Drive to Sandra Snyder, Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,829 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2002.

Dan Cavallo and Vincent Cavallo sold their Unit 108-B condominium at 235 Cocoanut Ave. to Peter Cavallo, of Essex, U.K., for $430,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $328,000 in 2011.

Michael Wear and Randall Rathmanner sold their home at 468 Leger Drive to National Residential Nominee Services Inc. for $240,000. National Residential Nominee Services Inc. then sold the home to Richard and Vicki Cornelius, of Hurst, Texas, for $240,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,064 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2005.

Ellen Blanchard, of Venice, sold her home at 415 Signorelli Drive to Martina Bjorhag, of Citronvagen, Sweden, for $235,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 1997.
