Douglas and Carolyn Holder, of Sarasota, sold their home at 136 Osprey Point Drive to Deborah May, of Osprey, for $3.17 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, six-and-three-half baths, a pool and 6,881 square feet of living area.

PL Development-B Inc. sold the Unit 701 condominium at 5531 Cannes Circle to Grover Windsor, of Madison, Wis., for $471,200. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,024 square feet of living area.

La Linda Terrace
First State Bank sold the home at 2159 Hawthorne St. to Cody and Laurel Dolly, of Sarasota, for $322,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,861 square feet of living area.

Poinsettia Park
HSBC Bank USA NA, trustee, sold the home at 1928 Rose St. to Bas and Jennifer Verhagen, of Sarasota, for $294,000. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,836 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2003.

Gulf Gate Woods
Leslie Gray, of Sarasota, sold her home at 2328 Cass St. to Sara Gray, of Sarasota, for $210,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,521 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2003.

C. Beth Cotner and John Alogna, trustees, sold the home at 1356 Point Crisp Road to Dewana Leonard and Timothy Lamb, of Sarasota, for $3 million. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 7,048 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.77 million in 2008.

Stuart Cole, of Sonoma, Calif., and Joyce Gast of Longview, Texas, sold their home at 113 Sandy Hook Road to Dennis Talbot, of Orleans, Mass., for $575,000. Built in 1961, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area.

Palm Bay Club of Sarasota
David and Cheryl Wiedwald, of Neshanic Station, N.J., sold their Unit 349 condominium at 5963 Midnight Pass Road to Philip Ratcliffe, of Southampton, England, for $395,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,012 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2004.
