Longboat Key - Home in Sleepy Lagoon sells for $5.7 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 22 and April 26.

A home in Sleepy Lagoon tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mary Banning, of Belleair, sold her home at 6301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gordon and Margaret Hartman, of San Antonio, Texas, for $5.7 million. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, five baths, one half-bath, a pool and 6,571 square feet of living area.

Country Club Shores
Gary and Sandy Clayton, trustees, of Abingdon, Va., sold the home at 596 Outrigger Lane to David and Connie Wells, of Longboat Key, for $3.8 million. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, five baths, one half-bath, a pool and 5,496 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4.3 million in 2006.

The Pierre
Neil and Violet Rosenblit, of Windermere, sold their Unit 501 condominium at 455 Longboat Club Road to Robert and Janice Kubicki, of Gurnee, Ill., for $1.1 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,780 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2011.

Bay Isles
David and Coleen Johnson, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 3271 Bayou Sound to James Dempsey, trustee, of Pulaski, Wis., for $1.03 million. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2002.

Harbour Court
Donald and Vicki Fitzgerald sold their home at 2202 Harbour Court Drive to Marsha Sobey, of Ontario, Canada, for $890,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,462 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000 in 2007.

The Promenade
Lynn Brennan sold her Unit 404 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Andy and Nancy Massa, of Lebanon, N.J., for $640,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,585 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $461,500 in 2009.

Winding Oaks
424427 Alberta Ltd. sold the Unit 32 condominium at 3463 Winding Oaks Drive to Christopher and PattiAnn Curtin, of Chippewa Falls, Wis., for $567,500. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,732 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $308,600 in 1991.

Buttonwood Cove
Harvey and Arda Hutter, of Hudson, N.Y., sold their Unit 301 condominium at 3630 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard Epstein, of Longboat Key, for $480,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,486 square feet of living area.

Seaplace
Raymond Pannone, of Orlando, and Karen Pannone, of Windermere, sold their Unit G7-111-B condominium at 1935 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael Cole and A. Carole Covino, of Longboat Key, for $470,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $599,000 in 2004.

Robert and Barbara Williams, of University Park, sold their Unit M1-313H condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Rabih Loutfi, of Sarasota, for $407,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,265 square feet of living area.

Fred and Elizabeth Chefero, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit G5-306-G condominium at 1965 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Marsha Stoik, of Ontario, Canada, for $395,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 1989.

Longbeach
Kenneth and Connie Gill sold their home at 7080 Longboat Drive N. to Adriano Celli and Silvia Mendez, of Houston, for $345,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2000.

Pelican Harbour and Beach Club
David and Linda Sischy, of Manchester, Vt., sold their Unit R-2 condominium at 4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Paul Samuelsand and Lisa McMillian, of Cincinnati, for $267,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $137,000 in 1991.

ST. ARMANDS
John Ringling Estates
Kildonan Holdings Inc. sold the home at 103 Fillmore Drive to Regent Real Estate Partners LLC for $826,000. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,908 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 1999.

Sarasota Harbour
Gordon and Kathleen Serbus, of Kimball, Minn., sold their Unit 5 condominium at 767 John Ringling Blvd. to Sherry Wallace, of Sarasota, for $217,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $89,000 in 1998.

LIDO KEY
Lido Regency

Donald and Lora Lyons, trustees, of Arlington Heights, Ill., sold the Unit 10-E condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to John and Kathleen Stephenson, of Norton Shores, Mich., for $545,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $765,000 in 2005.

Lido Surf and Sand
Edward Kalenichenko, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 312 condominium at 1102 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Timothy Koch and Susan Berk, of Mequon, Wis., for $480,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $317,000 in 2012.

Lido Ambassador
Barbara O’Brien and Susannah O’Brien, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 305 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Kenneth and Patricia Piesco, of Raynham, Mass., for $469,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2004.

Lido Towers
Anthony and Maureen King, trustees, sold the Unit 204 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to James and Jane Minton, of Westfield, N.Y., for $218,000. Built in 1980, it has one bedroom, one bath, one half-bath and 813 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1999.
