Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,069 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $577,500 in 2004.
 

Betty Wyland, Michael Reed and Gayle Reed, Wimauma, sold their home at 2965 Wilderness Blvd. E. to John Dillon, Parrish, for $487,500. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,385 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2004.

Golf Course Road
Scott Hickerson, trustee, sold the home at 12291 Golf Course Road to Pearl McCraw, Parrish, for $400,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,240 square feet of living area.

River Wilderness
John Wasinda, Parrish, sold his home at 2961 Wilderness Blvd. E. to Marvin and Charlotte Hull, Parrish, for $350,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,259 square feet of living area.

Copperstone
Ryland Group Inc. sold the home at 8104 115th Ave. E. to Shelly and Chris Gibbens, Parrish, for $305,300. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,279 square feet of living area.

Donald and Marcia Detar, Ellenton, sold their home at 5386 90th Drive E. to Frederick and Janice Rowntree, Parrish, for $290,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,297 square feet of living area.
