Karen Cichocki sold her home at 13802 Nighthawk Terraceto Raymond Cookson, Bradenton, for $330,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,432 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $344,000 in 2002.
