Robert Siuda and Carol Wright, of Elgin, Ill., sold their home at 8963 Fishermens Bay Drive to Fred and Karon Yates, of Sarasota, for $910,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,805 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $790,000 in 2002.

Osprey Avenue
U.S. Bank National Mortgage Association, trustee, sold the home at 602 Ohio Place to Edward and Sheila Zachowski, of Sarasota, for $595,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $799,800 in 2008.

Alinari
John Dorian, of Duval, sold his Unit 1417 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Salam Shafie, of Sarasota, for $549,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $695,000 in 2007.
