The following residential real-estate transactions took place between March 19 and March 23. A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James Fynes, Bradenton, sold his home at 477 McKinley Drive to Gary and Lisa Jodat, Longboat Key, for $1.12 million. Built in 1939, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,064 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $154,800 in 1985.

Tangerine Bay Club
Raymond and Maria Turner, trustees, Washington, D.C., sold the Unit 432 condominium at 370 Gulf of Mexico Drive to 432 Tangerine Bay Club Holdings LLC for $850,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,225,000 in 2005.

The Players Club
Lynne Cosler, Winter Park, sold the Unit 110 condominium at 1485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John Bartlett II, of Andover, Mass., for $737,500. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,722 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $960,000 in 2005.

Longboat Harbour
Donald and Marcia Deitrich, Longboat Key, sold their Unit 104 condominium at 4420 Exeter Drive to Kenneth and Pamela Euerle, Longboat Key, for $157,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 725 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $79,500 in 1987.

Mark Twain Apartments
Marsh Family Properties LLC sold the Unit 1-F condominium at 1336 Benjamin Franklin Drive to James and Susan Davis, of Mequon, Wis., for $600,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,520 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $85,000 in 1979.
