+ Doug Parks honored with President’s Circle Award
Prudential Palms Realty agent Doug Parks, who works in the company’s Longboat Key office, was awarded the Prudential President’s Circle Award for his 2009 performance. Parks sold the highest number of properties on St. Armands and Lido keys and the downtown Sarasota areas combined among Prudential agents.
A graduate of Michigan State University, Parks previously worked as an agent for Rooks Morris Real Estate and was named its top producer in 2007.
+ Marilyn Trevethan elected to Courtyard Association
Marilyn Trevethan, of Island Real Estate of Anna Maria Inc., was elected to a second term on the board of directors of the Courtyard Association at Perico Bay Club. Trevethan has been an owner and Realtor at Perico Bay Club since its inception.
+ Jim Soda receives sixth Chairman’s Circle Award
Jim Soda, of the Jim Soda Group, received his sixth Chairman’s Circle Gold Award at the Prudential Palms Realty 2009 awards ceremony held recently at the Mertz Theatre at the Asolo Repertory Theatre. The gold level recognizes the top 2% of Prudential agents nationwide based on gross commission income or closed units.
“Jim is not only an outstanding, customer-service driven sales professional, but a great person as well,” said Prudential Palms Realty CEO Helen Sosso, in a prepared statement. “Jim has been with our company since its inception seven years ago. He began as a new sales agent and has grown his business to the point that he has several people working on his team to service the needs of all of his clients. We are very proud to have Jim and his team in our company.”
