Siesta Key - Crescent condo sells for $575,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 5 and March 8.
A condominium in Crescent Siesta Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Timothy Rose, Minneapolis, sold his Unit E306 condominium at 6512 Midnight Pass Road to Wensel Family Ltd. Partnership for $575,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,650 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $760,000 in 2006.
Sandy Cove
Leif Bjaland and Emil De Cou sold their Unit 3B condominium at 37 Sandy Cove Road to John Walsh, Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,254 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 1999.
Island Reef
David Jones, of Reading, United Kingdom, sold his Unit C303 condominium at 8776 Midnight Pass Road to Russell Morgan and Charlene Morgan, trustees, of Columbus, Ohio, for $388,800. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,338 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2001.
Pointe on Midnight Pass
The Current Trustees of John K. Eybers Revocable Trust sold the Unit 307 condominium at 9393 Midnight Pass Road to Jill Lewis-Spector and David Spector, of Highland Park, N.J., for $370,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $143,500 in 1988.
Gulf and Bay Club Bayside
Dwight Rose and Ruth Beals, of Spartanburg, S.C., sold their Unit 1302-D condominium at 1302 Siesta Bayside Drive to Derek Burn and Debra Walsh, of Grand Rapids, Mich., for $324,900. Built in 1988, it has one bedroom, one bath and 959 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2004.
Sarasota Beach
Loren and Diana West, St. Augustine, sold their home at 627 Calle De Peru to Jerry Wilhelm and Jennifer Weil, of Traverse City, Mich., for $232,900. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,234 square feet of living area.
Jamaica Royale
John and Patricia Boyer, trustees, sold the Unit 58 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to Gerald and Karen Calengor, of Ft. Wayne, Ind., for $225,000. Built in 1963, it has one bedroom, one bath and 728 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2002.
