Sarasota - Stillwater on the Bay home sells for $2.3 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Feb. 25 and March 1.

A home on Stillwater on the Bay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David Lazeski and Brian Johnson, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 1630 Bay Harbor Lane to Mary Gantz, trustee, of Sarasota, for $2.3 million. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,256 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3 million in 2006.

SARASOTA
The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton
Neil Volant, of Westwood, N.J., sold the Unit 1005 condominium at 1111 Ritz-Carlton Drive to Joseph and Joan Motta, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $1.15 million. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,295 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $995,000 in 2001.

Kanaya
Property Healers Inc. sold the Unit 1502 condominium at 505 S. Orange Ave. to Bellack 1502 LLC for $950,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 2,600 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2011.

Coral Cove
Amy Walker, Lita Walker-West, Katherine Walker-Griffith and Stephen Walker II, trustees, sold the home at 1707 Caribbean Drive to Anthony Minicucci and Celeste Gruenstein, of Sarasota, for $800,000. Built in 1959, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 5,012 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $795,000 in 1999.

Aqualane Estates
1613 Shelburne LLC sold the home at 1613 Shelburne Lane to Jersey Cape Land Development Corp. for $592,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,920 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2002.

Marina View
William Michel II, trustee, sold the Unit 21 condominium at 660 Golden Gate Point to Craig Fennel, trustee, of Middletown, Ohio, for $400,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,346 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $159,000 in 1997.

Forest Lakes Country Club Estates
Carl and Cindy Weinrich, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1739 Riviera Circle to Jack and Karen Knuese, of Sarasota, for $390,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,297 square feet of living
area.

Florence
Alison Hannan, of Brattleboro, Vt., sold her home at 5849 Wildwood Ave. to Matthew and Pam Gribbin, of Wilshire, England, for $350,000. Built in 1958, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,896 square feet of living area.

Huntington Pointe
Carl and Lauren Auckerman, of Bradenton, sold their home at 8930 Huntington Pointe Drive to Tammy Saucier, of Sarasota, for $335,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,481 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $304,000 in 2009.

Regency House
Antonio Vasquez, of Freeland, Mich., sold the Unit 1004 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Belinda Funkhouser, of Sarasota, for $331,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,537 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $63,800 in 1997.

The Boatyard
Samuel and Linda Mockovciak sold their Unit 201 condominium at 1572 Stickney Point Road to Roclyne LaPorte and Dolores Dinyon, of Media, Pa., for $305,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2009.

Pier 550
WF Pier 550 LLC sold the Unit 6 condominium at 522 Golden Gate Point to Diane Brandlein, trustee, of Rockford, Ill., for $282,000. Built in 1948, it has one bedroom, one bath and 563 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2007.

Indian Beach Estates
John Ricciardo and Katie Fox, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5221 Stevens Drive to Turtle Beach Club LLP for $279,000. Built in 1954, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,369 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $374,000 in 2005.

Dolphin Towers
Mahi Towers LLC sold the Unit 10K condominium at 101 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Gerald and Adrienne Barrack, of Woodland Park, N.J., for $270,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,408 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $40,000 in 2011.

Renaissance
Double D Dollas LLC sold the home at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Carole Peterson, of Quincy, Mass., for $259,500. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,030 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2008.

Landings Carriagehouse
Carolyn Miller sold her Unit 55 condominium at 1708 Kestral Park Drive to Carl Gugino and Linda Barrett, of Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $132,000 in 1994.

Bayview
Michael and Judy Howell, trustees, sold the home at 1617 Siesta Drive to John and Lesley Gallagher, of Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1948, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,010 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $144,000 in 2000.

Renick
Krisztian Kecskes, of Sarasota, sold his home at 2546 Parma St. to Harry and Sherri Glemser, of Monroeville, N.J., for $219,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,787 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $121,900 in 2009.

Phillippi Hi
Alexander Kuli, of Hancock, Maine, sold his home at 4088 Redbird Circle to Roy Yahraus, of Sarasota, for $210,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,830 square feet of living area.

Golf Estates
Thomas and Kim McFadden, trustees, of Lake Worth, sold the home at 4398 Rockefeller Ave. to David Gibson, of Sarasota, for $207,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,514 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in 2004.

Roberts Point
Terri Young, of Sarasota, sold her home at 4178 Roberts Point Circle to Paul Elmes, of Sarasota, for $2,125,000. Built in 1962, it has five bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 7,214 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.7 million in 1997.

Bay Island
Candice Steckler, of Sarasota, sold the home at 604 Norsota Way to Stephen Kaufmann, of Sarasota, for $1.3 million. Built in 1968, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,536 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2002.

Siesta Cove
Richard Long and Jeanette Long, trustees, of Caseville, Mich., sold the home at 5314 Siesta Cove Drive to Mark and Jesse Brunsvold, of Sarasota, for $841,000. Built in 1983, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,143 square feet of living area.

Jamaica Royale
Bareth Franklin, trustee, sold the Unit 302 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to Sheila Stoltzfus, trustee, of Apple Creek, Ohio, for $700,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,285 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $136,200 in 1990.

Siesta Isles
Gary Kompothecras and Elizabeth Bronson-Kompothecras, of Sarasota, sold their home at 738 Edgemere Lane to Edgar and Louise Hansen, of Mountlake Terrace, Wash., for $580,000. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,412 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 1996.

PALMER RANCH
Silver Oak
Neil and Julie Attar, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8834 Bloomfield Blvd. to Aurelio and Debra Galati, of Sarasota, for $476,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,015 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 2004.

Deer Creek
John and Lois Pfohl, of Boulder, Colo., sold their home at 8455 Woodbriar Drive to Mark and Sandra Kaster, of Hopkins, Minn., for $430,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,168 square feet of living area.

Villagewalk
Laurence and Patricia Linton, of Venice, sold their home at 7876 Andora Drive to Markanna LLC for $252,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,845 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $234,400 in 2004.

Reginald Haines and Sandra Schoenberg sold their home at 7564 Andora Drive to Francois Bigue, Sophie Dubois, Frederique Bigue and Jean Bigue, of Quebec, Canada, for $238,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 1,672 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $318,000 in 2005.

Stoneybrook at Palmer Ranch
Leo and Lucie Matlochova, of Hlucin, Czech Republic, sold their home at 9707 Knightsbridge Circle to Sand, Surf & Sea Ltd. for $210,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,583 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2010.

OSPREY
Emerald Woods at Oaks III
Bruce and Denise McBrearty, of Osprey, sold their home at 1794 Amethyst Lane to Vincent Leuzy and Ingrid Berzins, of Quebec, Canada, for $370,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,259 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2010.

Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club
Justin Mohrig, of Grand Rapids, Mich., sold his home at 408 Yacht Harbor Drive to Scott and Sally Perron, of Osprey, for $320,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,624 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $286,000 in 2011.

Bishopscourt at the Oaks Preserve
Paul and Donna Wingler, of Osprey, sold their home at 108 Bishops Court Road to Ivo and Petra Travnicek, of Osprey, for $240,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,651 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $428,000 in 2004.

NOKOMIS
Havana Heights
Tonin and Annthonia Prossi sold their home at 124 Sugarloaf Drive to Judy Washburn for $319,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,148 square feet of living area.
