Longboat Key - En Provence condo sells for $3,225,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 24 and Feb. 28.

A condominium in En Provence tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Alan and Susan Graf, of Memphis, Tenn., sold their Unit 2 condominium at 2141 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Douglas and Kerrii Anderson, of Columbus, Ohio, for $3,225,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,400 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3,625,000 in 2006.

Country Club Shores
James and Robert Wilson, of Brielle, N.J., sold their home at 560 Yardarm Lane to SPE#33 LLC for $1.15 million. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2008.

Corey’s Landing
Joel and Ellen Fedder, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 3590 Mistletoe Lane to Joel Fedder, Morris Garten and Robert Pollokoff, of Longboat Key, for $1 million. Built in 1990, it has five bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a pool and 5,810 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.55 million in 2000.

Marina Bay
702343 Alberta Ltd. sold the Unit 233 condominium at 2450 Harbourside Drive to Michael and Evelyn Williams-Jones, of New York, for $950,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,000 in 1996.

Harbour Court
Marsha Sobey, of Ontario, Canada, sold the home at 2202 Harbour Court Drive to Nicholas and Lynne Giordano, of McLean, Va., for $905,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,462 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $890,000 in 2013.

Seaplace
Victor and Geraldine Koche, of Sarasota, sold their Unit G4-109-C condominium at 1975 Gulf of Mexico Drive to R&K Liberty Square LLC for $410,000. Built in 1977, it has one bedroom, two baths and 933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $157,000 in 1995.
Longbeach on Longboat Key

SunTrust Bank, trustee, sold the home at 7160 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Timothy and Elena Radabaugh, of Kissimmee, for $405,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,966 square feet of living area.

Harbour Villa Club at the Buccaneer
Julius Schmidt and Barbara Schmidt-Zwerenz, of Wuerzburg, Germany, sold their Unit 306 condominium at 615 Dream Island Road to Frank Bijnens and Murielle Bollen, of Ontario, Canada, for $335,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 1994.

LIDO KEY
Lido Harbour South

Judith Gollatz, of Punta Gorda, sold her Unit 202 condominium at 2100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Michael Cohen and Jayne Wallace, of Secaucus, N.J., for $230,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, two baths and 778 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $105,000 in 1994.

ST. ARMANDS
Kingston Arms

Roger and Kimberly Rivard, of Apollo Beach, sold their Unit 19B condominium at 500 S. Washington Drive to Thomas and Margaret Brown, of Javea, Spain, for $255,000. Built in 1963, it has one bedroom, one bath and 770 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $197,000 in 2003.

St. Armands Towers
James and Laura Turner, trustees, sold the Unit 86 condominium at 101 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Noel Williams, of Nashville, Tenn., for $633,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $501,000 in 2013.
