Neal Communities has announced Bruce Williams Homes will be the second home builder in its new 800–home Central Park community in Lakewood Ranch.
Already, Bruce Williams has begun construction on a model home in the community, which sits just south of Gullett Elementary School, south of the 44th Avenue Extension and north of Malachite Drive. The company will be introducing its Heritage Collection, which includes home designs ranging from 1,311 to 2,083 square feet.
Central Park is slated to open in July.
