Dana Ash, trustee, Philadelphia, Brent Ash, trustee, of Eureka, Mo., and Marni Zenkewicz, trustee, Chicago, sold the home at 3620 Fair Oaks Place to Mayer and Deanna Wainstein, Longboat Key, for $1.75 million. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,665 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,725,000 in 2004.

Pelican Harbour and Beach Club
Kenneth Bennett, Longboat Key, sold his Unit 501 condominium at 4241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard Beaumont and Deborah Hinckley, of Point Pleasant, Pa., for $859,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,660 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,235,000 in 2005.

The Water Club II at Longboat Key
Carolyn Glenn and Earl Glenn sold their Unit 804 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to The Earl Douglas Glenn Trust for $853,900. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,054 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,245,000 in 2011.

Bay Isles
Regions Bank sold the home at 3341 Bayou Sound to Howard and Tena Tessler, of Lake Bluff, Ill., for $675,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $695,000 in 2001.

Emerald Pointe South
Thomas Bijou, Longboat Key, sold his Unit 9 condominium at 1916 Harbour Links Circle to Charles and Carla Nash, of Ridgewood, N.J., for $655,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,180 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2008.

Sunset Beach on Longboat Key
Cynthia Marty, trustee, of Tucson, Ariz., sold the Unit 1501 condominium at 2109 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Roy Dukesherer, of Benton Harbour, Mich., for $535,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 1997.

Sands Point
Howard Goldstein Family LLC sold the Unit 323 condominium at 100 Sands Point Road to Truman and Francesca Becker, Sarasota, for $375,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,941 square feet of living area.

Bird Key
Shlaine and Richard Milligan, Altamonte Springs, sold their home at 604 Mourning Dove Drive to David Sylvester, Sarasota, for $1.65 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,240 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.85 million in 2006.
David Pomier, trustee, sold the home at 536 Blue Jay Place to Alfonso and Eudora Dell’Aglio, of Ossining, N.Y., for $850,000. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $317,500 in 1997.

St. Armands Division of John Ringling Estates Inc.
Brian and Lynda Merritt sold their home at 58 S. Washington Drive to Chris and Tracey Hostetler, of Brookings, S.D., for $725,000. Built in 1977, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,467 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,587,500 in 2005.

Key Towers South
Michael and Dorothy Bellaria, of Old Lyme, Conn., sold their Unit 1-D condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to James and Pamela McDonough, of Cazenovia, N.Y., for $600,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $956,000 in 2005.
