The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Feb. 11 and Feb. 15.

A condominium in The Water Club at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Burl and Susan Horton, of Rome, Ga., sold their Unit PH 02 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sanctuary Finance Ltd. for $2.8 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath and 3,435 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,602,400 in 1999.

Grand Bay
Joseph Gibbs, of Windermere, sold his Unit 386 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to David Nitschke and Frances Nitschke, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $1.35 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,781 square feet of living area.

Beachplace
H&I Real Estate Ltd. sold the Unit 104 condominium at 1075 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Steven and Vanessa Baker, of Lewisville, Texas, for $495,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2004.

Longbeach
Margaret Tong, of Bradenton, sold her home at 7157 Longboat Drive N. to Henry and Cheryl Fraser, of Longboat Key, for $426,000. Built in 1966, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,137 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 1994.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Thomas and Cynthia Massey, of Solon, Ohio, sold their Unit 51 condominium at 909 Spanish Drive N. to Anthony and Laura Musso, of Park Ridge, Ill., for $272,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,399 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $368,000 in 2005.

ST. ARMANDS
Sarasota Harbour Apartments
Daniel Camp III and Nicholas Camp sold their Unit 8 condominium at 763 John Ringling Blvd. to Charles and Wanda Geidner, of Dayton, Ohio, for $245,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, one bath, one half-bath and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 2000.

BIRD KEY
Brian Harvey and Laura Abbott, of Sarasota, sold their home at 205 Bird Key Drive to David Green, of Ontario, Canada, for $730,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,817 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 2008.
