Edward and Susan Cooper, of Cullowhee, N.C., sold their home at 7362 Periwinkle Drive to Jerome and Joan Ennis, of Sarasota, for $1.45 million. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,789 square feet of living area.
