A property listed by The Hedge Team of Signature Sotheby’s International Realty was featured as the “Extraordinary Home” on the “Business of Extraordinary Living” microsite created by the Sotheby’s International Realty brand and The Wall Street Journal. The home was showcased from Jan. 13 through Jan. 29.
The 6,650-square-foot home is located at 1903 Lincoln Ave., Sarasota, on Hudson Bayou. It was originally designed by Thomas Reed Martin and renovated under architect William Thorning Little.
