The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 13 and Jan. 17.

A home in Buccaneer Bay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 7342 Captain Kidd Ave. to Jeffrey and Wendy Cohen, of Sarasota, for $1.71 million. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,184 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3,465,000 in 2005.

SARASOTA
Sarabande

Myron Ash, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 43 condominium at 340 S. Palm Ave. to Wayne and Deborah Seitl, of Sarasota, for $1,275,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,437 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $595,400 in 1998.

Cherokee Park
Leslie Malkin, of Sarasota, sold two homes at 1742 North Drive to Martin Schlosberg, trustee, of Hollywood, for $630,000. The first was built in 1949, has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,406 square feet of living area. The second was built in 1966, and it has one bedroom, one bath and 364 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $550,000 in 2008.

Marquee En Ville
John Tassotti, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 128-E condominium at 235 Cocoanut Ave. to Marc and Janet Epstein, of Chicago, for $595,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2010.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 306 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Myron Ash, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000
in 2006.

The Island
Stanley Forwand, of Nokomis, sold his Unit E-2 condominium at 2129 Michele Drive to Virginia Perret-Gentil, of Sarasota, for $352,600. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,583 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2010.

Palmer Square West
Barbara Chase, trustee, sold the Unit 28 condominium at 3685 Square W. Lane to Gerald Kruczynski and Rosemary Ruggiero, of Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,741 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $459,900 in 2005.

Weber
1016 Caloosa LLC sold the home at 1016 Caloosa Drive to James Burgin and Lynda Burgin-Vahl, of Sarasota, for $320,000. Built in 1951, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,822 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2009.

Robert and Linda Moore, of St. Joseph, Mich., sold their home at 965 Caloosa Drive to C. Joseph and Gael Bilder, of La Grange Park, Ill., for $300,000. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,480 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $51,000 in 1981.

The Landings Treehouse
Donald and Dorothy Stuart, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 30 condominium at 1497 Landings Lake Drive to Eric Greenstein and Beverly Smith, of Sarasota, for $295,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,912 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2010.

SIESTA KEY
Roberts Point Road

Comerica Bank sold the home at 3993 Roberts Point Road to Perrone and Associates Inc. for $1.45 million. Built in 1995, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,151 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $879,600 in 1995.

Windward Passage
Rue Dickens, of Venice, sold her Unit E-11 condominium at 4708 Ocean Blvd. to Debra Garro, trustee, of Sarasota, for $850,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,277 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $332,000 in 1981.

Terrace East
Mark McCann and Donald Paxton, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 502 condominium at 5300 Ocean Blvd. to 502 Terrace East LLC for $800,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,375 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $990,000 in 2005.

Midnight Cove
Todd and Lisa Poste, of Naples, sold the home at 6342 Midnight Pass Road to Unit 413 condominium at to White Sands Holding LLC for $742,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $665,000 in 2011.

Horizons West
Anthony Bogosian, Dennis Bogosian and Donald Bogosian sold their Unit A-6 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Horizons West A6 LLC for $497,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $48,000 in 1975.

Bay Tree Club
Robert and Debra McDermott, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 208 condominium at 8635 Midnight Pass Road to Josiane and Patrice Tijoux, of Quebec, Canada, for $489,900. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,000 in 2007.

Sea Shell
Norman Napier, trustee, sold the Unit 104 condominium at 6500 Midnight Pass Road to Robert and Maria Sanchez, of Bedford, N.Y., for $375,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,086 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $176,200 in 1994.

Siesta Towers
Stuart Newman, trustee, sold the Unit 7B condominium at 4822 Ocean Blvd. to Peter and Leslie Newman, of Tenafly, N.J., for $338,400. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,435 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $18,000 in 1976.

Bay Oaks
Sunshine Leasing Inc. sold the Unit A-52 condominium at 6157 Midnight Pass Road to Heather Stacy, of Kettering, Ohio, for $310,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $207,800 in 2011.

Siesta Beach House
Gaetano and Susan Panichella, of Berlin, N.J., sold their Unit 211 condominium at 5950 Midnight Pass Road to 941333 Ontario Inc. for $235,000. Built in 1957, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 780 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $134,900 in 1998.

Silver Oak

Anthony and Sally Mancheno, of Bradenton, sold their home at 8962 Wildlife Loop to Martin and Marsha Thompson, of Sarasota, for $802,600. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,670 square feet of living area.

Turtle Rock
Donald and Frances Clymore, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4819 Sweetmeadow Circle to William and Dianne Ramsey, of Sarasota, for $490,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,793 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2000.

Willis Smith III, of Brookston, Ind., and Penny Trego, of Sarasota, trustees, sold the home at 7997 Meadow Rush Loop to David and Judith Bentz, of Bethel Park, Pa., for $335,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,990 square feet of living area.

Vineyards of Silver Oak
Kenneth Aument sold his home at 5175 Cantabria Crest to R. Britt and Judy Murphey, of Elkhart, Ind., for $460,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,377 square feet of living area.

Marbella
Richard Loeber, trustee, and Irene Loeber, of Sarasota, sold the home at 4143 Via Mirada to Frank Rubino, of Sarasota, for $335,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,255 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $242,000 in 1991.

Ballantrae
William and Louise Eaton sold their Unit 26A condominium at 7357 Ballantrae Place to Michael Perrini, of Columbus, Ohio, for $260,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,858 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $309,000 in 2005.

Mira Lago at Palmer Ranch
Kenneth and Nancy Homer, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3834 Mira Lago Drive to Oscar and Teresa Parson, of Sarasota, for $257,600. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,857 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2006.

OSPREY
Meridian VI at the Oaks Preserve

Ralph and Michele Heiman, of Great Neck, N.Y., sold their Unit 601 condominium at 3603 N. Point Road to G. Steven Webster, trustee, of Fishers, Ind., for $537,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,680 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $815,000 in 2007.

South Creek
Thomas and Linda Farr, of Osprey, sold their home at 331 S. Creek Drive to Andrew and Vicky Romocki, of Ontario, Canada, for $535,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,866 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $580,000 in 2005.

Park Trace Estates
Stephen and Donna Sidwell, of Sebastopol, Calif., sold their home at 304 Park Trace Blvd. to Richard and Maryellen Boggia, of Osprey, for $505,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,480 square feet of living area.

Oak Creek
John and Dolores Best, of Hillsborough, N. Ireland, sold their home at 90 N. Creek Lane to Stephen Rei and Linda Bento-Rei, of Worcester, Mass., for $360,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,518 square feet of living area.

Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club
James Roberts Jr., of Pittsburgh, William Roberts, of Lancaster, Pa., and Margaret Kloske, of Mechanicsburg, Pa., sold their home at 1283 Flying Bridge Lane to Richard Smith, of E. Falmouth, Mass., for $275,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,522 square feet of living area.

NOKOMIS
Sorrento Woods

Irene Madore, trustee, of Venice, sold the home at 1053 Derian Place to Anthony O’Keefe, Lucy Saad and Dale Saad, of Nokomis, for $215,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,718 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $89,500 in 1984.
