The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 14 and Jan. 18.

A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Nigel Mould and Nathalie Randanee De Vazeille, of Sarasota, sold their home at 208 N. Polk Drive to Christopher Banner and Katherine Huelster, of Longboat Key, for $1.65 million. Built in 1957, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,085 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.81 million in 2006.

Grand Bay
Evelyn Maurer, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 122 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to George and Janie Mosey, of Richmond, Ind., for $849,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2005.

Longboat Key Towers
Daryl Duncan sold his Unit S-602 condominium at 601 Longboat Club Road to Niklas Eklund, of Halmstad, Sweden, for $685,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 1997.

Beachplace
Barry Collier sold his Unit 604 condominium at 1145 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Collier Falls Vineyards LLC for $612,500. Collier Falls Vineyards LLC then sold the condominium to Ronald and Janis Collier, of Sarasota, for $304,300. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $141,500 in 1980.

Bayview Estates
Kristopher Ferris, of Osprey, and Tanya Ferris, of Sarasota, sold their home at 538 Bayview Drive to Cornelia Hurban, of Lakeland, for $455,000. Built in 1974, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,691 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $780,000 in 2007.

Avignon Villas
Walter and Kathryn Borman sold their Unit 2 condominium at 5611 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Patrice Zink and Molly Prues, of Cincinnati, for $389,000. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,207 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $622,500 in 2004.

Bay Harbour
Kathy McCarty sold her Unit 103 condominium at 450 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Susan Grandone, of Nokomis, for $325,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,194 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2009.

The Diplomat
John Strehle, of Dayton, Ohio; Thomas Strehle, of Charleston, S.C.; Ronald Strehle, of Union, Ohio; Kathleen Lehman, of Beavercreek, Ohio; and Jayne Brown, of Spring Valley, Ohio, sold their Unit 240 condominium at 3155 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Hunter Holdings LLC for $270,000. Built in 1960, it has one bedroom, one bath and 680 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $88,000 in 1986.

Turtle Crawl
Suzanne Maguire sold her Unit T-503 condominium at 4235 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Advanta IRA Services LLC for $255,000. Built in 1990, it has one bedroom, one bath and 780 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $535,000 in 2006.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
David and Debra Slone, of Fishers, Ind., sold their Unit 213 condominium at 695 Spanish Drive S. to Mark and Jeanne Woolery, of Wylie, S.C., for $215,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2001.
