The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan.14 and Jan. 18.

A home in Country Club East of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. SP1 Inc. sold the home at 7046 Kingsmill Court to Robert Klutts and Vicki Klutts, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $653,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,564 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2005.

Also in Country Club East of Lakewood Ranch, Neal Signature Homes LLC sold the home at 14822 Secret Harbor Place to Michael and Ulrike Nordhoff, of Houston, for $599,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,632 square feet of living area.

Stirling Equity Group LLC sold the home at 14503 Stirling Drive to Jiang Wu and Hsiang Hsu Wang, of Bradenton, for $340,200. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,348 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Alex and Cintia Jamieson, of Bradenton, sold their home at 14815 Bowfin Terrace to Charles and Karen Foege, of Bradenton, for $585,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,199 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2009.

LWR Rentals LLC sold the home at 13943 Wood Duck Circle to James and Jamey Hirschman, of Bradenton, for $310,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,460 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,100 in 2012.

Moorings at Edgewater
Wallace and Janet Hough, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit 201 condominium at 6423 Moorings Point Circle to Richard and Patti Wadsworth, of Bradenton, for $465,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,963 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2008.

River Club South
Joan Parli sold her home at 9949 Laurel Valley Ave. Circle to Robert Ruff, trustee, of Bradenton, for $415,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,951 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $344,000 in 2001.

Broadmoor Pines
Arthur and Elaine Sandler, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7909 Broadmoor Pines Blvd. to John Freie and Susan Behuniak, of Sarasota, for $365,000. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,914 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2002.

Riverdale Revised
Michael and Mary Jackson, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4712 Halyard Drive to Todd and Jennifer Baker, of Alfred, N.Y., for $350,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,368 square feet of living area.

Heritage Harbour
Glenn and Virginia June, of Wake Forest, N.C., sold their home at 8611 River Preserve Drive to MC W Holdings Ltd. for $343,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,402 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $329,000 in 2010.

River Place
Scott Kowalk, personal representative, of Hamilton, Ohio, sold the home at 7054 74th St. Circle E. to Jerry Chery, of Bradenton, for $341,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,881 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $574,000 in 2005.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Michael and Julie Paulicelli, of Hanover, Mass., sold their home at 7310 Wexford Court to Anthony Monzo, of Lakewood Ranch, for $300,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,748 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,800 in 2011.

Waterbury Grapefruit
James and Carolyn Reid, of Sarasota, sold their home at 23990 Jennings Road to Steven and Debra Walter, of Myakka City, for $285,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,654 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2005.

Woodbrook
Provident National Property Group LLC sold the home at 4815 Silvermoss Drive to Anthony Leathers II and Jasmine Tate, of Sarasota, for $266,600. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,222 square feet of living area.

Provident National Property Group LLC sold the home at 4822 Lake Breeze Terrace to Cynthia Bezz, of Olney, Md., for $250,400. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,932 square feet of living area.

Joshua and Katherine Kawcak, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7223 Garland Lane to Derek Plassman, of Bradenton, for $265,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,571 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $197,000 in 2009.

Marian Wakeland, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the home at 8730 52nd Ave. E. to Patricia Rowe, of Bradenton, for $259,900. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,046 square feet of living area.

David Daigle, of Bradenton, sold his home at 5308 Tide Point Way to Matthew and Jacqueline Bennett, of Bradenton, for $250,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,157 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2010.

Parkwood Lakes
James and Myra Frady sold their home at 2916 89th Ave. E. to Justin and Anya Dees, Parrish, for $240,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2006.
