A home in Waterlefe Golf and River Club tops the transactions in East County. David Peck sold his home at 10309 Riverbank Terrace to James and Ann Wolcott, Bradenton, for $1,183,100. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths and two half-baths, a pool and 6,136 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.3 million in 2006.

Rosedale Highlands
Roger Tucker and Carol Stadler Tucker, Bradenton, sold their home at 5316 97th St. Circle E. to Robert and Carol Wilhelm, Bradenton, for $489,900. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,271 square feet of living
area.

Old Grove at Greenfield Plantation
Gregory and Debra Marx, trustees, of Chesterfield, Mo., sold the home at 10124 Reagan Dairy Trail to Marvin Smalley, Bradenton, for $217,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,742 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $364,000 in 2005.

Greenbrook Village
SP1 Corp. sold the home at 6219 Pine Siskin Glen to James and Giuliana Rivera, Lakewood Ranch, for $239,500. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,958 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2003.

Peridia
Earl and Andrea Morgan, Bradenton, sold their home at 5036 Peridia Blvd. E. to Barry and Lesley Brynjolfsson, Bradenton, for $227,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,132 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 1998.

Misty Oaks
Alice Voeller, of Evanston, Ill., sold her home at 6123 Misty Oaks St. to Joseph and Lisa Rufo, Sarasota, for $362,300. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,868 square feet of living area.

Oakbrooke II at River Club North
GMAC Mortgage LLC sold the home at 6767 Hickory Hammock Circle to Stephen Ackoury, Bradenton, for $203,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,806 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2006.
