The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 7 and Jan. 11.

A condominium in Sanctuary IV at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Curtis and Ilse Hecht, of Sarasota, sold their Unit A-603 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to Thomas and Susan Pluss, of Burr Ridge, Ill., for $780,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,375 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 1992.

The Beaches of Longboat Key
Charles Kupiec sold his Unit 205 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Roberta Bevilacqua, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $580,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,602 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $840,000 in 2005.

Beachplace
Edward and Amy Langan, of Chicago, sold their Unit 302 condominium at 1075 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James Wares, trustee, of S. Lyon, Mich., for $513,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2003.

James Sachs and Patricia Sachs, trustees, sold the Unit 103 condominiums at 1125 Gulf of Mexico Drive to J.M.M. South LLC for $425,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1979.

Bayview Estates
Brian and Jennifer Budd of Sarasota, sold their home at 529 Bayview Drive to Larry and Sue Harry, of Colleyville, Texas, for $500,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,808 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 1991.

Longboat Shores
Susan Phillips, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 617 Buttonwood Drive to William Cooney Jr., of Longboat Key, for $494,400. Built in 1961, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2002.

Westchester
Clare Zach sold her Unit 106 condominium at 4825 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jess Goodman and Caroline Skelton-Goodman, of Ontario, Canada, for $470,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,393 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 1996.

Portobello
Joan Luscombe, trustee, sold the Unit A-404 condominium at 3235 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John Luscombe, trustee, of Frankfurt, Ill., for $322,100. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $142,000 in 1992.

Sutton Place
Margaret Kahnert, of Ontario, Canada, sold her Unit 304 condominium at 605 Sutton Place to Michael and Cynthia Bucklen, of Wesley Chapel, for $275,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $57,500 in 1978.

Bird Key
Peter and Virginia Mermin, of Sarasota, sold their home at 606 Owl Way to Barbara Stuart, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, for $760,000. Built in 1973, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,475 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2008.

St. Armands
John Ringling Estates
William Nies sold his home at 130 N. Adams Drive to Felix and Amelia Garcia, of Miami, for $546,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,894 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $85,000 in 1982.
