Longboat Key - Wagner Realty announces new LBK branch manager, agents

Wagner Realty announced that Gina Uliano has been appointed branch manager of the company’s Longboat Key office, located at 5370 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Suite 101, Centre Shops. Uliano will also continue to serve as branch manager of the company’s West Manatee office.
The company also announced the addition of 10 agents to the Longboat Key office. Many of those agents previously worked solely in the West Manatee office but will now work out of both offices. Uliano said that merging the staffs of the two offices will allow agents to service the entire West Manatee area.
Karl Esterbrook, Jim Adkins, Susan Klement, Marcia Bayard, Debra Ibasfalean, Mary Schmidt and Gina and Peter Uliano will now work out of both the West Manatee and Longboat Key offices. Foster Lewis will now work out of both the El Conquistador and Longboat Key offices. Curt Bell will now work out of the Longboat Key office. Dorothy Cook, Kelly Belisle, Marta Altizer and Lynne Jackson continue to work out of the Longboat Key office.
