+ Terry Hayes finishes ’09 as top-selling AMI Realtor
Signature Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Terry Hayes had $12 million in sales in 2009, making her the top-selling Realtor on Anna Maria Island.

“For several years, Terry has been a top agent on Anna Maria Island, but this year, she has seen the fruits of her labor pay off big time,” said John van Zandt, of Island Real Estate of Anna Maria Inc., in a statement prepared by Signature Sotheby’s. “Always professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and accessible, it is no wonder she has broken her own sales records in 2009. Whenever we have a transaction together, I know that on an agent-to-agent basis, it will be smooth and trouble-free. Perhaps most importantly, I know that as a tough negotiator, she always puts her clients’ interests first.”

+ Michael Saunders blog features Emerald Harbor
Michael Saunders & Co. featured Emerald Harbor on the company’s blog, thesaundersblog.com, as a “Neighborhood Report.” According to the report, the 72-home neighborhood has four active listings. In 2009, Emerald Harbor had five sales, four of which took place in the last four months of the year. Three of the five sales were listed and marketed by Hannerle Moore, of the Michael Saunders Longboat Key South office, and Michael Saunders agents brought three of the five buyers to the neighborhood. Prices ranged from $610,000 to $1,375,000.

+ Prudential Palms Realty welcomes Sheryl Vieira
Sheryl Vieira recently joined Prudential Palms Realty as the company’s director of marketing and public relations. Vieira is a member of the Florida Public Relations Association and has worked extensively in high-end luxury marketing.

Vieira is a recipient of The President’s Volunteer Service Award from the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation in conjunction with the National & Community Service and USA Freedom Corps and is a three-time ADDY award winner. She has served as an advisory board member for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & Northern Florida.
