A condominium in Tower Residences tops all real-estate transactions for the period of Dec. 2-16. Donald Carter, of Dallas, sold his Unit 1704 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Douglas Holder, trustee, for $3.35 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths and 4,704 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.6 million in 2003.

SARASOTA
San Remo Estates

Christopher and Tamara Moody sold their home at 1311 Tangier Way to Richard Williams III and Kristen Siegwald, of Sarasota, for $1 million. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, five baths and 3,820 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.3 million in 2005.

Desota Park
Hibiscus Street Holdings LLC sold the home at 1815 Hibiscus St. to Robert and Susan Girard, of Sarasota, for $745,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,212 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $479,600 in August.

Poinsettia Park
George and Mary Gavagan, of Great Falls, Va., sold their home at 1850 Oleander St. to Scott Greer and Candace Jensen, of Sarasota, for $655,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,447 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $870,000 in 2005.

Condominium on the Bay Tower 1
John and Nancy McCarthy, of Fort Myers, sold their Unit 1008 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Elizabeth Nugent and Lawrence Nugent, trustees, for $492,700. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,642 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $183,900 in 1989.

George and Linda Famiglio, of Media, Pa., sold their Unit 904 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Michele Laracy-Bowen, of Sarasota, for $420,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $117,700 in 1996.

Eagles Point at the Landings III
David Silberstein, trustee, sold the Unit 202 condominium at 5440 Eagles Point Circle to Marc and Nicole Mitchell, of Quebec, for $389,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,603 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,400 in 1996.

100 Central
Commercial Residential Investments LLC sold the Unit A303 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Tamara Lloyd, of Sarasota, for $367,000. Built in 2005, it has one bedroom, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2006.

Sunset Towers
Marvin Kaplan, trustee, sold the Unit 907 condominium at 11 Sunset Drive to Florida Acquisition Group LLC for $305,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $582,000 in 2005.

Regency House
Leslie Ahlander, trustee, sold the Unit 608 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Margaret Pierce, of Sarasota, for $302,500. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,537 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $337,500 in 2002.

Bay Haven
Robert Weintraub and Julie Jeffrey sold their home at 905 Virginia Drive to Michael and Colleen Halflants, of Sarasota, for $299,000. Built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,448 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $96,000 in 1988.

Landings Treehouse
Michael Browning sold his Unit 20 condominium at 1352 Landings Drive to Teresa Jones, of Sarasota, for $295,000. Built in 1981, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,328 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 1999.

Floyd’s
Bonus Properties Inc. sold the home at 1847 Prospect St. to Harold Tucker, of Sarasota, for $285,000. Built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,660 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $523,900 in September.

Central Park
Squitieri Associates Investment Properties LLC sold the Unit 209 condominium at 835 Osprey Ave. to J. Cary and Scott Findlay, of Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $166,100 in 2008.

Pelican Cove
Jill Grossman, of Chester, Conn., sold her Unit 109 condominium at 1601 Pelican Point Drive to Roger and Betty Surprenant, of Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $139,000 in 1995.

Sapphire Heights
Allison Henley, of Sarasota, sold the home at 5004 Winchester Drive to Andrew Jaffee and Maribeth Clark, of Sarasota, for $214,000. Built in 1953, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,599 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 2001.

Broadway Promenade
Thomas and Debra Welsh sold their Unit 1635 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to Nikola and Natalie Danon, of Sarasota, for $213,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,051 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $303,900 in
2007.

Forest Lakes Country Club Estates
Drake Chandler, trustee, sold the home at 3538 Pine Valley Drive to Justin and Tana Hill, of Sarasota, for $203,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,036 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $63,500 in 1977.

Robert and Michelle McGrath sold their home at 163 Siesta Drive to 163 Siesta Drive of Sarasota LLP for $2.2 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,495 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.2 million in 2007.

Crescent Siesta Key
Paul and Diane Olson, of Summit, Colo., sold their Unit AS201 condominium at 6512 Midnight Pass Road to Stuart Wolpoff and Lee Rosner, of Potomac, Md., for $1.8 million. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.17 million in 2006.

Horizons West
Richard and Mary Meeker, of Pitkin, Colo., sold their Unit 304 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Scott and Marjorie Wetmore, of Ontario, for $720,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,296 square feet of living area.

Midnight Harbor
Peter Foe, trustee, sold the home at 1224 Port Lane to Lisa Russo, of Sarasota, for $675,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 1988.

Siesta Isles
Robert Whitham sold his home at 5561 Cape Leyte Drive to Andreas Marka and Anja Schneidenbach, of Neu-Isenburg, Germany, for $649,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,651 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $254,000 in 1991.

Jamaica Royale
George Schletz and John Rafferty, trustees, sold the Unit 304 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to Quiro Jacobs LLC for $625,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,285 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $90,000 in 1979.

Siesta Breakers
Richard Rosenberger sold the Unit 615 condominium at 6480 Midnight Pass Road to Jeffrey and Kathleen Saltz, of Wynnewood, Pa., for $590,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $168,000 in 1986.

Island House
Carlos Rivero, of Orlando, sold his Unit 24 condominium at 6150 Midnight Pass Road to George and Wendy Babits of Ontario for $495,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,101 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $455,000 in 2003.

Coquille
Dennis and Kerry Rademaker sold their Unit 209 condominium at 1167 Coquille St. to Yvon and Isabelle Parent, of Corbin, Ky., for $472,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,455 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 1997.

Mangroves
Anthony and Amoret Tully, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1221 Sea Plume Way to Lillian Tinaro, of Sarasota, for $385,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 1,001 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $228,500 in 1999.

Siesta Harbor
Landman Family Real Estate Partnership sold the Unit 502 condominium at 1355 S. Portofino Drive to Charles and Judith Freyer, of Jenkintown, Pa., for $380,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 1989.

Constantine Scarlatos, trustee, sold the Unit 407 condominium at 1325 S. Portofino Drive to Brad Springstead, of Toms River, N.J., for $269,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,139 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $129,000 in 1993.

Palm Bay Club of Sarasota Condominium
Frank and Sharon Kross, of Darien, Ill., sold their Unit 350 condominium at 5963 Midnight Pass Road to Shapeform Ltd. for $320,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,012 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $158,800 in 1998.

La Siesta
Marianne Lebar, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 208 condominium at 925 Beach Road to Arthur and Anita Pavlidis, of Nashua, N.H., for $300,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 753 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $337,700 in 2003.

Deer Creek

Gail Pollard, of Bradenton, sold her home at 8595 Woodbriar Drive to Jay and Valerie Farrar, Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,666 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2002.

Villagewalk
Richard and Merilyn Grossman, of Mequon, Wis., sold their home at 8672 Dolce Lane to David Delaro and Julia Hoffend, of Sarasota, for $470,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,537 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $308,900 in 2002.

Charlotte Tannenbaum, of Sarasota, sold her home at 7840 Camminare Drive to Robert and Phyllis Daniels, of Sarasota, for $279,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in May.

Richard and Monica Macek, of Huntington, N.Y., sold their home at 5369 Eliseo St. to Edward and Joyce Wenzke, of Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,890 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2008.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 5534 Modena Place to Mary Decker, of Sarasota, for $218,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,678 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $211,700 in 2003.

Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club
Joseph and Carolyn Quinn, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8704 Pebble Creek Lane to Gordon and Linda Hallof, of Sarasota, for $385,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2004.

Robert and Myrna Guengerich, of Sarasota, sold their home at 135 N. Creek Lane to Albert and Barbara Royce, of Osprey, for $669,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,580 square feet of living area. The house last sold for $120,000 in May 2003.

Edna Janowski, of St. Johns, sold her home at 1151 Mallard Marsh Drive to Edward and Lynne Blackman, of Osprey, for $415,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,455 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $690,000 in 2006.

Paul, Janet and Dana Clark, of Sarasota, sold their home at 455 Oak Point Road to Barbara Hamman, of Nokomis, for $350,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $338,900 in 2003.

William and Elizabeth Martin sold their home at 1060 Gulf Winds Way to Stephen Holten and Lisa Napolitano, of Nokomis, for $958,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,878 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.18 million in 2004.

Equity Trust Co., Karl Helbig and Angelo Ingorvaia, of Elyria, Ohio, sold the home at 2142 Sonoma Drive to Mark Davis, of Nokomis, for $290,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $457,000 in 2004.
