We love our village! We love the folks that live here all year too. But what is up with the insane traffic congestion at the end of the village parking lot on Avenida De Mayo? Allowing on street parking here has made this the most dangerous and un-navigable of intersections in our newly beautified village. Meanwhile, residents can’t park to see a gorgeous sunset along Avenida Messina without a permit (which residents can’t get I might add)…. Huh??? Sarasota County- please fix this and ban on-street parking on Avenida De Mayo- near the village before someone gets really hurt and the pointing fickle fingers of fate begin yet again- but too late.
