Traffic signal upgrades producing problems

Oh, please! Sarasota lights have not been "synchronized" in the 30 years I have been driving here. We don't have anyone on staff with the attention span to do that job.

Detroit MI, in the late 40s or early 50s accomplished it before computers - people worked it out with mechanical calculators and scratch pads. Sarasota never has. We have some yellow lights that are 3 seconds - try stopping!
