Court strikes smoking ban

I have been coming to the beaches for 8 years this weekend so many people where flicking their cigs in water and on the beach. Sieta key will not be ithe #1 beach anymore. My pregnant wife and 2 yo boy had to smell the smoke all day. Did not matter if we moved to many smokers. If the ACLU says it was a war on homeless why don't they fight NY beaches that are all non- smoking?
