The Out of Door Academy Lower School welcomed back students for the first day of school Wednesday, Aug. 20. After dropping off their children, parents were invited to socialize underneath the banyan trees with coffee and muffins. The event was organized by the school’s Parent Association.

St. Boniface's Youth Group held an ice cream social for families Sunday, Aug. 17, in Siesta Key Village. The event marked the end of the summer and invited families to enjoy ice cream in the village's gazebo. "It's a nice way to kick of the school year," says Alex Everson, Youth Group director.
