The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 31 and Nov. 4.
A home in Siesta Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. E. Russell and Christine James, Sarasota, sold their home at 4651 Higel Ave. to Richard and Wendy Kadel, Sarasota, for $950,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,120 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $920,000 in January.
McLaughlin LP sold the Unit 413 condominium at 6342 Midnight Pass Road to Todd and Lisa Poste, of Denville, N.J., for $665,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $89,900 in 1978.
Shelly Lindeman, trustee, sold the home at 3931 Roberts Point Road to Andrew and Jayne Appleyard, Halifax, United Kingdom, for $640,000. Built in 1990, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,234 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 1994.
Timothy and Cheryl Mullis, of Charlotte, N.C., sold their home at 3615 Higel Ave. to Sharon Carole, Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1951, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,551 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2010.
Krista Hasselbring, Sarasota, sold her home at 601 Lotus Lane to Steven Becker and Sherri Fowser, of Wilmington, Del., for $450,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,024 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $875,000 in 2005.
Carrie Caudill, Sarasota, sold the Unit A-203 condominium at 8900 Blind Pass Road to Edward Grimm, of Hilliard, Ohio, for $330,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2005.
William Hurtgen and Carolyn King, trustees, of Hillsboro, Mo., sold the Unit C307 condominium at 8776 Midnight Pass Road to Raymond and Lynn Cherniske, of The Woodlands, Texas, for $295,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,338 square feet of living area.
Correction: An item in the Nov. 10 real estate transactions article, regarding the sale of the Unit 64 condominium at The Terrace, 5400 Ocean Blvd., to Lucy Brightwell, of Louisville, Ky., should have said that Terry Lane LLC sold a half-interest in the condo.
