The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 10 and Oct. 14.

A home in Solymar tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Regions Bank sold the home at 3919 Solymar Drive to Robert Shaw, trustee, of Leawood, Kansas, for $1,260,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,184 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,234,400 in 2010.

Our House at the Beach
K. Bernard and Olwen McDonald sold their Unit C-108 condominium at 1107 Lake House Circle to William Kinsley and Diane Berni, of Old Bethpage, N.Y., for $370,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2004.

Revised Siesta
Wells Fargo Bank, NA, sold the home at 3900 Shell Road to Derek Houghton, Sarasota, for $251,500. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,146 square feet of living area.
