TAC requests lower speed limit on Midnight Pass

They want to take their GOLF CART onto Midnight Pass Road? As if it already congested enough with pedestrians in season, bicyclists who ignore the rules of road as well as the red-light camera, and the permanent population of the Key (comprised largely of the visually-challenged with slow reflexes). Yeah, that's smart, Coopers. If you want to drive a golf cart, move to a golf cart community. Don't make the traffic on Siesta Key even worse than it is.
