Chris Brown, owner of The Hub and The Cottage in Siesta Village, as well as the parcel where Blu Smoke stands, has filed another lawsuit against Sarasota County regarding parking assessments. A lawsuit says his 2011 parking assessment rose 1,500% for the parcel on which the Blu Smoke restaurant operates.
