SARASOTA COUNTY — Major employment center areas with a significant amount of Industrial Light Warehousing (ILW) zoning may soon be able to redevelop with more retail opportunities.
Sarasota County Planning services will host a public workshop to discuss the possibility of this zoning code change at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, at 5300 Colonial Oaks Blvd.
This option would provide these specific areas with more retail uses without converting to commercial centers.
Additional information is available at www.scgov.net, or click here.
