Canada native Nona Heaslip bought the frock she’s wearing in this photograph 10 years ago. She wore it to Asolo Repertory Theatre’s Starry Night Dinner Series celebrating the production of “Hamlet, Prince of Cuba” Thursday Feb. 23, and here’s what she had to say about it:

“I was supposed to wear South American. This is actually Indian, but you can say Cuban because I’ve been to Cuba. Say it’s made in Havana. Canadians can go to Cuba, no problem.”
