Given a mystery basket of four ingredients, from which he created a roasted red-pepper-and-garlic filet served over bok choy with a savory blueberry sauce, Libby's Café + Bar co-owner and General Manager Joe Seidensticker took the culinary helm at the recent "Justice is Served" chef cookoff competition, which was held in March, at the Polo Grill.

Selby Public Library hosted Fantastic Feats and Frosty Treats program Wednesday, June 19 at Selby Public Library as part of the summer reading program. Kids munched chocolate swirl and strawberry vanilla swirl ice cream and Scott Humston performed an interactive magic show for children. The magic show was made possible by a grant from the Steinwacks family and 173 people attended. -

The Downtown Sarasota Alliance sponsored the dinner with Andres Duany and approximately 200 people attended.
